At Keen Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack Your Gear

Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
